• DX Prestige – Exclusive access to our full premium suite.

6.2 By subscribing, you authorize DX LIVING (or its payment processor) to charge your payment method. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

6.3 We may adjust pricing, plans, or features with prior notice.

7. Supplier & Partner Content

7.1 Suppliers may showcase products within lifelike 3D environments on DX LIVING.

7.2 DX LIVING is not responsible for product quality, availability, or pricing. Transactions between suppliers and users are solely between those parties.

7.3 By uploading or integrating products, suppliers confirm they have the legal rights to do so and grant DX LIVING the license to display their content within the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 DX LIVING retains all rights, title, and interest in its proprietary technology, including software, algorithms, designs, and user interfaces. No rights are granted to you except as explicitly stated.

8.2 Users retain ownership of their original designs and content but grant DX LIVING a license to host, display, and process it solely for platform functionality.

9. Termination of Service

9.1 You may stop using our services at any time.

9.2 DX LIVING may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law. In such cases, you may lose access to stored data or content. Subscription fees will not be refunded if termination is due to violation of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

10.1 DX LIVING provides its services “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or that the Services will meet your specific expectations.
